Ingredients:
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 1/4 oz apricot brandy
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- fresh mint
- lemons
Take a quartered 1/2 lemon and put in a glass. Toss in some fresh mint and smash it all together. Strain into a shaker with lots of ice, the rums, brandy and juices. Pour and enjoy.
Serve with a sprig of fresh mint, lime, a speared pineapple with cherries.
It's just like going back to the Islands. Well, almost!
